This year our annual church festival will be on September 14, 2008 11-8:00. All proceeds are donated back to the church!!!

Arts and Crafts, Music, Food and Carnival Rides, Face Painting and our famous Pot Roast Dinner

If you are new to the parish or just want to get involved with your community parish, have some fun, meet new friends...then we would love your help!!

You can volunteer to set-up & run a booth or just volunteer some time.  Anything is greatly appreciated.

If you are interested in donating items for the Silent or Live Auction, please let us know as soon as possible.

We are also looking for donations for trash and treasure.

Each year we ask our parishioners to donate the side dishes for our Pot Roast Dinner.  Over 2,000 meals will be served.  Take out will also be available!!

2 Cans Sauerkraut                             2 cans of Green Beans
2 Cans Sliced Peaches                        5 lbs. Freshly Peeled, diced & boiled potatoes
1 Loaf of white or wheat bread          Baked good items for the bake sale

You may bring the items in the day before the festival and the morning of.  Look for friendly helpers to assist you in bringing them in.  Drop off area will be available 

OLPH ANNUAL FESTIVAL RAFFLE

The Festival Raffle Committee is seeking donations for this year's Festival Raffle. High value, attractive items are needed as prizes ($100 minimum). Monetary donations can be made or combined with others to purchase a large item. If you or your business would like to make a donation, contact Rudy or Emily Pollok at 210/656-0280. Deadline for donations is June 30th.

RAFFLE TICKET SPONSORS

Sponsors are also needed to help cover the cost of printing the Raffle Tickets. If your business would like to advertise on the Raffle Tickets, contact Rudy or Emily Pollok at 210/656-0280.
