I want to officially welcome you to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Community. For over 100 years OLPH-Selma has been a spiritual home for many people. Although there has been constant change and development, one important thing remains the same, we remain committed to our loving God, to Church and ministry.
The mission of OLPH Selma is “to be a caring community where God’s presence can be found, God’s word can be heard, where God’s love can be seen and felt, and where everyone feels welcome.” We pray that this will be your experience.
On September 29th an announcement was made about a Giving Challenge for the Parish Facilities Maintenance Fund. A very generous parishioner of OLPH is matching contributions, dollar for dollar, up to $100,000, from that date forward to the Parish Facilities Maintenance Fund.
Thank you to all who have generously contributed! If you have not given and are thinking about making a donation, or need to plan for charitable contributions, now is the time!
We look forward to joining as a parish community to refocus and revive our energy around understanding and deepening our faith in the Eucharist. Please consider walking this journey with us.
Great news. We have reached the 25% mark on raffle ticket sales. We will be drawing for a $100.00 VISA gift card after the 10:00 mass on Sunday. Get your tickets now to be included in that drawing. Ticket drawn will go back into the pot for the next drawing to be held at the 50% mark. Thank you to all those who have already bought their tickets. We still have many more tickets to sell so you still have a chance.
